Ingredients:  
1 heaped c. sugar
½ c. margarine
½ c. milk
½c. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut (& or nuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 4 ingredients for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add oatmeal, coconut &/or nuts.
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper or roll in log and slice after chilled in fridge.

Most macaroon recipes call for 2 cups of sugar but I prefer them less sweet. This is a quick and easy recipe to get a chocolate fix. lol
