Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
cup chopped onions
cup sliced celery
2 tbsp fat
lb ground beef
1 tbsp worchesteshire sauce
2 tbsp chil powder
28 oz can diced tomatoes
20 oz can dark kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and celery in fat until clear
Brown meat, add seasonings and tomatoes.
Simmer slowly for 1 hour
Uncover and add the beans and simmer until thick and tender
Taste and season with salt and pepper

For color you can also add a cup of corn niblets.
