1 lb fresh broccoli
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
cut broccoli stalks into uniform spears following branching lines. halve spears crosswise. Cook in 1" boiling salted water for 10 - 15 min or until al dente. Drain and chill.
In screw top jar combine rest of ingredients and cover and shake to mix well.
drizzle mix over broccoli and toss gently.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
