2½ c flour
½ c sugar
1 c soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
sift flour with sugar. Cut in butter using electric mixer at lowest speed or a pastry blender.
form dough and divide in half. Shape into 2 balls.
place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten into 7" circles about ½ thick. With a fork prick lines across the top forming 12 wedges.

bake at 375º for 15-20 min
Cool and break into wedges
