1 stick of butter melted
1 egg well beaten
1 c sugar
1 c dates cut fine
2 ¾ c Rice Crispies
¾-1 c pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 small box coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add beaten egg, sugar and dates.
Cook in skillet at 300º for 6 min stirring constantly
Remove from skillet and add cereal, nuts and vanilla
Form in balls and roll in coconut
