2 - 2lb Bags Sliced Carrots
1 large Onion, Sliced
1 Large Pepper, Sliced
1 Stalk Celery, Sliced
1 Can Cream of Tomato Soup
1 C Sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C Salad Oil
3/4 C Vinegar
2 Tbsp Dry Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook carrots just until barely done. Don't over cook. Layer vegetables in a bow. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the top. Let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours. Good for up to 2 weeks
