1 cup (less 1 tbsp) sugar
½ small pkg strawberry jello
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
1 quart strawberries (washed and sliced)
1 pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and dry Jello together. Add boiling water. Cook until thicken, stirring. Pour over strawberries that are in pre-cooked pie crust.

Let chill until Jello sets up.

Serve with whip cream.
