¼ cup onion (chopped)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
4 ozs. cream cheese (cubed)
8 ozs. Velveeta® Light (cubed)
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
¼ tsp. nutmeg
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ carton chicken broth

Melt butter in 1 qt. sauce pan. Sauté onion until tender. Add flour, turn heat down, add milk and cream cheese. Cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through and cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
