Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box of 2 refrigerated pie crust (Pillsbury)
2 14-16 oz bags frozen blackberries unthawed
1 stick butter melted
1 1/3 c sugar (for the berries)
1/2 c flour
3/4 c sugar (for the crust)
1/2 stick butter cut into small cubes
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Spray iron skillet with Pam before putting pie crust into skillet. Heat oven to 350. Unroll one pie crust and place in bottom and up sides of 12" cast iron skillet. Pierce bottom and sides of crust with a fork. Bake 7 minutes, remove from oven. Increase temp to 400. In a large bowl mix melted butter, 1 1/3 c sugar and flour. Put berries in bowl with butter, sugar, flour mixture and toss until berries are covered and mixture is crumbly. Gently pour berries into skillet. Sprinkle water over berries. Unroll second pie crust and place over berries, sealing at the edges of skillet. Scatter the small pieces of butter on top of the crust. Sprinkle 3/4 c sugar on top of crust. Cut tiny slits in top of crust. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for approximately 45 minutes. ( it was necessary for me to cook at about 15-20 minutes longer but check your oven) or until bubbly at edges and beginning to brown. Edges can get burned so cover them with a pie shield or foil. Also, cook on a cookie sheet in case it bubbles over.
