Rub:
tsp. Chili Powder
tsp. Salt
tsp. Garlic Salt

Glaze:
cup Ketchup
cup Apple Jelly
1 tbsp. Vinegar
tsp. Chili Powder
cup Fritos (crushed)

Roast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350
Mix rub together and rub onto roast
Bake at 350 until done

Make glaze - bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, add Fritos and pour over roast. Glaze can be used on baked potatoes as well.

Cook 3o minutes longer -
Roast cooking time is 22 minutes per pound at 350 or 145 temperature.
