1 8oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 T. butter
1 cup chopped onion
4 cups chopped zucchini
3 eggs (I doubled to 6)
1 T. oregano
1 T. basil
1 T. dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
8 oz. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Press dough into greased 8x8 pan. Melt butter, add and saute zucchini and onion for about 5 minutes. Beat eggs and spices. Add small amount of veggies to eggs to temper, then add remaining veggies and mix together. Add cheese. Pour mixture over unbaked crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
