Ham, bone-in
Water

3 ½ c. flour
½ t. salt

Directions:
To make broth:
Place ham in large pot and cover with water. Boil to make ham broth. Remove ham and cut into cubes and set aside. Taste broth to check flavor; you may need to add water or salt.
Place potatoes in broth to cook while you are mixing dough.
To make noodles:
Mix all noodle ingredients, using enough flour to form a soft dough that can be rolled. Roll to desired thickness and then cut into squares.
Drop dough into broth a few pieces at a time so they don't stick together. Cook until dough is done.
Add ham. Add parsley for color. Salt and pepper to taste.
