1 pound breakfast sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
4 - 6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. Lightly grease a rectangle baking pan. Brown sausage in a frying pan; drain. Spread sausage in baking pan. Top with green pepper and cheese. In a medium bowl, mix milk and eggs; add Bisquick and mix until blended. Pour milk mixture over top of sausage and cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. If needed to serve more people, add 2 more eggs
