Caramel Sauce


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cups cocoa
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, sugar and margarine. Milk 1/2 milk with a bit of vinegar to sour it. Add the baking soda to the sour milk. Add to the creamed ingredients. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add the cocoa and mix. Lastly add the boiling water. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake until a knife inserted comes out clean.

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:

Melt margarine over med heat. Add the brown sugar and whipping cream and bring to a boil for 1 minute.

Serve over cake with ice cream or cool whip
