2½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup margarine
1 tsp lemon peel
½ tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Prune Filling:
1 (12 ounce) package pitted prunes
1 cup walnuts
2 T. honey
1 T. lemon juice

Poppy seed Filling:
1 cup poppy seed
¼ cup walnuts
1 T. margarine
1 T. honey
1 T. lemon juice
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix lemon peel, vanilla, eggs, stir together.
2. Use hands to form a ball. Refridgerate for 2 hours.
3. Roll half of dough in ⅛ inch thick on cloth covered board, floured.
4. Cut in 3" rounds, spoon 1 tsp filling in round, bring up 3 sides with spatula to form triangle around filling. Pinch edges together.
5. Bake at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes.

Prune Filling:
Bring prunes and water to a boil, simmer 10 minutes, drain, add rest.

Poppy seed Filling:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.
