6 1/4 lbs Ground Beef, browned
10 Tbsp Vinegar
3 C Water
1 1/4 qts Catsup
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 C Onion, chopped
1 qt Celery, Chopped
2 Tbsp Dry Mustard
1 Tbsp Salt
Tomato Sauce & Soup to moisten

Chop onions and celery. Cook in water for 10 minutes.
Brown beef. Add salt, add water and vegetables. Add sugar, catsup, and mustard. Simmer about 1 hour or more. Serve on buns.
