2 sticks of butter room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs Room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla

1½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon cinnamon

3 cups old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup dried cranberries
1½ cups white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In Stand Mixer beat butter and sugars till creamy, add vanilla and eggs one at a time beat until incorporated.

Whisk in separate bowl flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Then on low stir into butter mixture.

On low stir oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips just till mixed together.

Drop in double tablespoons onto parchment paper on cookie sheet.

Bake 350º for 11-13 minutes

Transfer to wire rack to cool completely
