2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Frosting:
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. water
3½ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Batter: Melt 2 sticks butter in saucepan, then add cocoa, mix. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop batter onto hot waffle iron, do not overfill or overcook. Separate into 4ths and frost while still warm.
Frosting: In a saucepan melt 1 stick butter then add cocoa and water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
