1 30 oz. bag frozen diced hash browns
32 oz. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken noodle soup
8 oz. cream cheese (not low fat)
3 oz. bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put the potatoes in the crockpot. Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and half the bacon bits. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. An hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into tiny cubes and add to crackpot. Mix a few times during hour before serving.

Serve when cream cheese is completely mixed in.

Top with cheddar cheese and additional bacon bits.
