Use your favorite batter bread recipe; banana, zucchini, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Spray clean wide mouth pint jars with non-stick cooking spray (PAM).

Fill approximately - ⅔ full.
Zucchini, pumpkin - full (1 cup of batter)
Banana - ⅔ full

Bake at 350 for about 40 - 45 minutes. Insert toothpick in the center, it should come out clean.

Remove from oven and immediately put on clean lids and rings, making sure the rim is clean. If bread rises above the rim, you may slice off the extra with a knife.

Heat from baking will seal the lids.
