1 pound of asparagus
1 pound of broccoli rabe
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Heat a grill pan or a nonstick pan on the stove top until quite hot, and then arrange the greens in a single layer.

Leave them to sit without moving them until they begin to get a bit of brown grill marks, then with tongs, turn them to cook the other side.

Cook until desired tenderness is achieved. If desired, drizzle with a bit more olive oil, adjust seasoning.

Serve alongside any meat, chicken or seafood. Delicious.
