1 Lb chicken tenders
Minced onion
olive oil
Grated Romano Cheese
Flour
salt
pepper
Garlic salt
Marsala wine
chicken broth
diced onions
Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
1) Create flour mixture: Flour Grated Romano cheese, Garlic salt, Salt pepper

2) Coat pan with olive oil and a little marsala wine and chicken broth and diced onions

3) Coat chicken front and back with flour mixture

4) Brown chicken in covered pan on med heat turning chicken Sprinkle remaining flour mixture on chicken

5) When chicken is done cooking move in separate pan or bowl . Add more marsala wine and chicken both to create a sauce in the remaining flour. Stir until thick. Add mushrooms and sauté in sauce.
