5# cheap hamburger (with high fat content)
5 rounded tsp. Morton's tender quick salt
3 tsp. mustard seed
3 t. hickory smoke salt
3 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate. Take out of refrigerator at least once a day for 3 days and remix. On the 4th day, shape into 1# rolls.

Place on rack (place rack over cookie sheet ).

Bake 2 hours at 200 then 8 hours at 150.
(I baked mine at 200 for 8 hours)
