2 c. fresh baby spinach
1 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
½ c. sour cream
¼ c. mayonnaise
8oz. cream cheese, softened
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c. parmesan cheese, grated, divided
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium skillet, heat 2 tbsp. olive oil, add spinach and artichokes. Cook until spinach is slightly wilted. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and half the parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese melts, about 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a oven safe pan, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese, and bake for 15-20 mins. until bubbly.
