1 box of Tony Chechere gumbo base

gumbo filet

1 lb. raw cleaned shrimp

6 C water

2 pkgs. andouille sausage cut into bite size pieces

1 onion chopped

1 green pepper diced

1 red pepper diced

Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, pepper and red pepper in olive oil. Start gumbo base on med high heat. Add vegetables to it.

Brown sausage and add to gumbo.

5 minutes before serving add raw shrimp and gumbo filet.

Serve over cooked white rice. Hot sauce and filet are optional.
