Ingredients:  
3 cups of grated carrots
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Mix in oil, sugar and add dry ingredients. Then add carrots and nuts, mix. Bake at 350 degree for 45 to 60 minutes.

Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar
1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix and frost cooled cake.
