1½ cup flour
2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup margarine
1 lb. sausage

Mix up to 1 week before serving. In large bowl mix flour, curry, paprika, salt, and cheese. With pastry blender or 2 knives cut butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. (More modern method? Put it all in a food processor and pulse lightly.) Shape into ball and refrigerate.
Meanwhile, brown sausage in skillet. Drain on paper towels.
Divide cheese dough and wrap around sausage pieces or small balls of sausage.
May wrap and freeze for later or place on cookie sheet for 15 min. at 400º.
