2 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 C Milk
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Mix starter, milk, and flour. Let rise. Put out on rest of flour. Sift baking powder and baking soda

There are no other instructions for this. I'm assuming you knead it all together, form into buns, let rise again, and bake at 350º until done.
This was written on a folded piece of paper, so I opened it up to see if there were any other instructions. It's written on the back of a receipt from Snow College, dated October 25, 1974. It's for the October Tuition check of $15 for Kris Foote. -- Elizabeth
