Number 1:
Combine 2 egg whites
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons white corn syrup


Number 2:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons softened butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Cream

Number 3: Cutout Frosting 3
4 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup crisco

Directions:
1) Combine in double boiler. Place over boiling water. Beat with beater until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Remove from water, cool completely. Frost using as is or add food coloring.

2) This recipe is all approximate. I never measured. Just by look and taste. This frosting is also used with Graham Cracker Cookies.

3) Mix sugar and water together. Boil for 1 minute. Mix powdered sugar with egg, add syrup and mix. Add vanilla and crisco and beat until creamy.
