12 ounces semi sweet or butterscotch chips or half and half
1 cup peanuts
1 1/2 cup chowmein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips in double boiler or carefully in microwave at 15/30 seconds stirring after each. Cool to room temperature. Add noodles and peanuts and stir. You can also add 4 tablespoons of peanut butter to melted chocolate while it is hot and before adding ingredients.

Drop by the tablespoon onto wax paper.

This was one of Grandma's and Aunt Susan's go to cookies. We saw them many times in Bethel's caroling boxes.
