14 oz can of sliced peaches, with juice, each slice cut into 3 pieces
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp White vinegar
tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground cloves
tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all 8 ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling and sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Cool completely. Serve warm. Makes 1 ⅓ cups. Place leftovers in jar with tight-fitting lid or plastic container for upto 7days.
