1 block cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream (optional- If you use tub of spreadable cream cheese you wouldn’t need sour cream to soften it)
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp of toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together cream cheese and garlic powder and sour cream (optional). Shape into a ball, wrap in saran or wax paper and put in fridge for about 30 minutes.

2. In the microwave or saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar until bubbly….stir quite a bit to avoid separating. Let Cool.

3. Unwrap the cheeseball and place on clean sheet of wax paper or saran wrap. Spoon brown sugar/butter mixture over cheeseball and coat with toasted pecans. Wrap it back up and put in fridge until ready to serve.
