1/2 pkg frozen hash browns
12 eggs
1 lb sausage (fried)
1/2 onion
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can condensed milk
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread potatoes on bottom on dish. Put sausage on top of potatoes Spread 1cup of cheese on sausage. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add milk to eggs and whisk again. Salt and peeper to eggs to taste. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 50 mins. You can also use ham or bacon in place of the sausage.
