5 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
tsp. salt
1 cup beef broth (or steak sauce with mushrooms)

2 large green peppers, diced in small squares
3 large onions, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. chip steak
Cooked rice for serving

Mix sauce ingredients together and cook in saucepan over medium heat until clear and thickened, stirring frequently. Cook about 5 minutes. Add the diced peppers and let stand for at least 5 minutes. In a separate frying pan, fry the onions in 1 tbsp. oil until straw colored. Remove and add to sauce.

Dice and fry 1 lb. of chip steak until brown. Add sauce to steak and bring to low boil. Serve over hot rice.
