Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground hamburger
3 cups water
2 16-ounce cans dark kidney beans, undrained
2 16-ounce can corn, undrained
3 TB taco seasoning (or 1 envelope)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 26-ounce cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 16-ounce can light kidney beans, undrained
1 16-ounce tomato sauce
Pepper to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, brown ground beef and onion, drain. (I like to put my meat in a strainer after I drain it, rinse quickly with water. It helps make the soup less greasy.) Put in a crockpot, add the water, tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Cook all day on medium heat. If it gets to much liquid towards the end, I tip the lid a little to let more evaporate.

Serve with cheese, sour cream, and corn chips.
