1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup boiling water
1 cup softened butter
2 1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl dissolve cocoa powder and boiling water, set aside to cool
In mixing bowl cream butter, vanilla and sugar until it is light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and mix together
Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream
Add cocoa mixture and blend well
Bake at 350F for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
