We use this on chicken, pork and especially steak. Even used it in chili. (Haven't tried on fish yet)

Absolutely the best all-purpose rub ever. Every time we use it in food for our friends they ask for the recipe. I bought some small spice jars on Amazon and quadruple- or whatever is more than that-- to make to share with friends. I even print out the recipe on my P-Touch and wrap it around the bottle so folks can make and share it.

Do watch his TV show on Create. He's great!
