1 12 oz. box of corkscrew pasta
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 small can sliced olives
1 diced red bell pepper
1/2 red onion sliced long and thin (optional)
1 cup frozen corn, defrosted

Dressing:
1 package of dry Fiesta Hidden Valley Ranch
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt

Toppings:
1 cup of grated cheese
2 diced tomatoes
2 diced avocados
Tortilla chips, crushed, or tortilla strips
1-2 cups diced grilled chicken

Directions:

Cook pasta as directed on the package. Drain. Toss with other ingredients. Mix with dressing. Add toppings just before serving.
