Carefully check in the crab meat for cartilage
1/2 lb of it
Bread crumbs from 2-3 day old break
Hard boil 4 eggs
Add to crab meat and crumbs
then add Parsley, onion grated , salt, pepper, dash of Worcestershire sauce , a bit of wet mustard and a raw egg.

Now test the consistency by making a patty. If too wet, add more crumbs. If not wet enough add 1/2 of another raw egg. Shape into patties and dip in beaten raw egg and dry bread crumbs, back into the egg then bread crumbs. Chill then fry.
