c. dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cans of coconut milk
c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp. dried coffee crystals, optional
tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. salt
c. agave nectar
2 tbsp Kahlua, optional
Automatic ice cream maker, e.g. Cuisinart

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips with 1 can coconut milk over low heat. Whisk until melted and remove from heat. Combine 1 more can of coconut milk, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, agave nectar and coffee crystals and Kahlua, if desired. Chill the mixture until very cold and follow manufacturer's directions to freeze the ice cream.
