1 cup- 2 sticks butter- softened- don't substitute
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed
2 ex large or jumbo eggs- if using smaller eggs increase to 3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder & soda
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup oatmeal quick oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg Ghirardelli Classic white chips
1 large Lindt White chocolate bar cut into pieces or 6 oz Bakers White Chocolate baking bar cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in large bowl: butter and sugars, then add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla, salt, and baking soda and powder and mix till well blended. Mix in flour & blend. Then add chips, coconut, oatmeal and chocolate chunks. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before baking to set.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet by the spoonful's and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes depending on size of spoon. Bake till golden brown around edges for gooey cookies and another 2 minutes for crispy cookies. Keep in mind, cookies do continue to cook when still out of the oven for another minute. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before loosening with spatula.
