3 c. sliced zucchini
1½ c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs beaten
½ c. melted butter
½ c. tsp. salt
1 4 oz. pimento
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered 300º for 30 to 40 minutes.
