1¼ lb. package of carrots, peeled and sliced
¼ c. honey
¼ c. of butter (or margarine), melted
¼ c. of brown sugar, firmly packed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserve ¼ cup of the carrot liquid. Combine reserved liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar. Stir well and pour over carrots. Cook over low heat until heated thoroughly.
