1 round loaf of sour dough bread
1 can of chopped Artichoke hearts
½ cup of chopped smoked salmon or left over salmon
½ cup of chopped chives (reserve 1 T to sprinkle on top at the end)
½ cup cream cheese
¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese (save 1 T of parmesan)
½ cup shredded Mozzarella
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ t lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
S & P to taste
1 T chopped fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in cuisinart or mixer and combine artichokes, salmon and all cheeses. Mix on low for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Cut a hole at the top of the loaf of sour dough and scoop out the interior or cut cubes out to be used later to dip in the dip!

Pour the salmon artichoke mixture into the hole of the bread and fill to the top. Sprinkle with chopped chives and fresh parmesan.

Place in oven and bake at 350 till hot and bubbly.
