*Granulated Garlic

*Salt & Pepper

Additional needed ingredients:

* Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Take the skin off of the chicken ( If you use paper toweling to grab the skin it will make taking it off so much easier)

Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
Get a large frying pan and heat up vegetable oil in it.
Take you chicken and roll in flour, making sure to cover all parts.
Sear in the hot frying pan on all sides. While searing, season with the seasoning listed.

Make sure you put the seasoning on all sides generously.

Then once all sides are seared transfer chicken to a broiler pan with a rack on top (a cookie sheet with a rack in it works too). This will allow all sides to get crispy. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Take out, salt more if needed and let stand for 5 minutes. Then Enjoy!
