2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 box Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
1 6-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Garlic salt to taste (optional)
Fresh vegetable sticks
Hawaiian sweet bread or sourdough round loaf*

Directions:

Put the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve dip with fresh vegetable sticks, crackers, and pieces of bread.

*Using a large bread round is a fun way to do this. You can buy it in sourdough bread or Hawaiian Sweet Bread. Hollow out the center, and serve the dip inside with the bread pieces on the side to dip.
