Ingredients:  
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can sliced mushrooms
3 c. hot cooked rice cooled in beef broth ( I use Minute Rice)
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and green peppers in butter about 6 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until brown. Stir in rice and pepper. Toss lightly and serve at once.
