lb. ham or turkey ham
lb. cheddar cheese
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped onion
tsp. salt
6 oz. noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
⅔ c. milk
bread crumbs or Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Put the ham, cheese, green peppers, and onions through a food chopper. Cook noodles in salted water and mix all ingredients except the bread crumbs or Chinese noodles. Pour into a greased 9"x13" baking pan. Cover and bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes. Remove the cover and sprinkle on top the crumbs/Chinese noodles, and bake until brown.
