1 Box Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix (can use regular or gluten free yellow cake mix if desired)
3-4 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs

Optional:
Walnuts
Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º degrees. Smash bananas in a large bowl, then add remaining ingredients (including walnuts if desired) and mix well. Spray 2 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Fill the pans (or pan) with batter (top with chocolate chips if desired). Bake for 35-40 minutes - you might need to bake longer if using 1 loaf pan.

*Bake in muffin trays for banana nut muffins.
