Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds of chicken wings or however many you feel like eating ...
1 cup red wine left over from the night before
1 cup soy sauce
3 stalks of green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place wings on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. I usually cut off part of the fat from the wings.

Pour the red wine and soy sauce over the wings and sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top afterwards.

Preheat oven to 300 and slowly cook wings for 1 to 2 hours turning the wings to let the sauce absorb into them. You can reduce the heat and wait for the liquid to absorb.
